Does the construction waste treatment plant make money? Is t

In order to alleviate the current increasingly tense sand and gravel market situation, in recent years, the state has paid more and more attention to the recycling of construction waste, and has issued a series of encouraging policies. In May 2020, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the "About Promoting the Reduction of Construction Waste "Guiding Opinions" and "Construction Site Construction Waste Reduction Guidance Manual (Trial)" are important documents to guide the source reduction of construction waste at present and in the future, and vigorously promote the new development of construction waste recycling "turning waste into treasure" .

According to the "China Construction Waste Disposal Industry Development Scene and Investment Analysis Report" statistics, 500 to 600 tons of construction waste will be generated during the construction process of every 10,000 square meters of buildings, and the demolition of 10,000 square meters of old buildings will generate 7,000 Tons ~ 12,000 tons of construction waste. At present, my country's construction waste accounts for more than 30% of the total urban waste. It is conservatively estimated that in the next ten years, my country will generate more than 1.5 billion tons of construction waste every year on average. By 2020, construction waste will reach 2.6 billion tons, and by 2030 it will reach 7.3 billion tons.

The volume of construction waste in my country is huge, but the resource utilization rate is less than 10%. Therefore, the market prospects for the crushing, screening, recycling and reuse of construction waste are extremely broad, and there are huge economic and social benefits.

After the construction waste is crushed and sorted by the mobile crushing station, it can be produced into recycled products (recycled aggregates, recycled pre-products, etc.) instead of natural sand and gravel, used for roadbed filling, house construction, and municipal infrastructure construction. The conversion rate of construction waste production to aggregate can reach 85%. 1 ton of construction waste can produce 0.85 tons of recycled aggregate, 0.01 tons of scrap steel, and the rest is other waste. The selling price of recycled aggregates is about 60% of the selling price of natural sand and gravel materials, which can effectively reduce construction costs by more than 40% and has a great cost advantage.
