Its high frequency characteristics make it different from ordinary vibrating screens. High frequency screening adopts high frequency screening. On the one hand, it destroys the surface tension of the slurry and the high-speed oscillation of the fine material on the screen, and accelerates the precipitation and separation of large-density useful minerals. At the same time, it also increases the possibility that materials smaller than the size of the separated particles will contact the sieve holes, thereby obtaining better separation conditions.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The motor drives the main shaft of the exciter to rotate through the V-belt, and the screen box is vibrated due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter. By changing the eccentric weight of the exciter, different amplitudes can be obtained. Different from the principle of ordinary screening equipment, the high frequency screen adopts high frequency. On the one hand, it destroys the surface tension of the slurry and the high-speed oscillation of the fine material on the screen surface, and accelerates the large density useful minerals and separation. It also increases the probability that materials smaller than the separated particle size come into contact with the sieve holes, which resulting in better separation conditions. So that the materials smaller than the separated particle size, especially the particles with a large specific gravity, and the ore slurry will pass through the sieve holes and become the under-sieve products.
